How 2 Build An Economy-Warning

WARNING!  This post may contain offensive language.  Read at your own risk!  You have been warned!

Hey morons!  This is not rocket science!  You dipsticks in Washington keep playing the same damn stupid game year after year.  And what have you really fucking accomplished?

Not a goddamn thing!

If you dipshits really wanted to build an economy you would not listen to the asshole Geithner.  Recently he talked and talked and said nothing, which is pretty much staus quo from Washington.  He gave NO specifics he did however give us a vague outline of things to come…..and those things are to help out those damn greedy assholes in the banking industry…nothing new there…I think that was pretty much expected when you hire a guy from the banking industry…YA THINK!

Shall I break it down for you MORONS?  If demand cannot be created–no amount of tax cuts or bank handouts will help.

Liquidity is NOT the answer!  The old tired mantra of Repybs and their goddamn stupid supply side economics will not do it.  Supply siders put way too much faith in tax cuts to increase investment.  That is not always the case, just look at the last 8 years of tax cuts.  What have we gained from those?

Want it simpler, dipstick?

If consumers are not buying, an increase in investment will not happen.  Business will hire when demand dictates it.  no hiring–no buying–no investment–no growth.  Silly people!  The Laffer Curve has been a conservative religion for decades–too bad it is a false god, the morons  they worship.

Try to keep up…I know it is difficult with your head up your ass….but give it a try.

There is a three word answer to building an economy when all is tanking rapidly….DEMAND…DEMAND…DEMAND.

The GOP Alernative For Stimulus

House GOP Leader John Boehner on plans for an economic stimulus and working with Barack Obama to craft such a plan:

“Republicans stand ready to work with President-elect Obama and our Democratic counterparts in Congress to enact an economic recovery bill that focuses on tax relief for working families and small businesses, rather than increased spending on government programs and higher taxes. House Republicans have put forth a plan that would do what Americans are asking Washington to do on the economy. President-elect Obama has expressed a desire to govern from the center. In that spirit, I’m hopeful he will give our plan his full consideration as he assembles his economic team – not for our sake, but for the sake of the American people, who are struggling in this economy.”

That is the alternative—it has been the alternative for decades.  It does not necessarily prove to be accurate–but the Repubs keep harping and pushing a tired, lame ass tactic.  We have had 8 years of tax cuts and it did NOTHING to stop the economic meltdown we are experiencing at this time.  But it will now somehow miraculously save the economy.

The only answer I have to his pile of steaming bovine fecal matter is a quote from John Stuart Mills, “I am not saying conservatives are stupid, but most stupid people are conservative”.

A-Rod Is An A-Hole!

Good old A-Rod is playing the same game as politicians….,come clean and ask for sympathy.  First of all, if he wants sympathy I suggest he go to the dictionary and look between shit and syphyllis and there will be his sympathy.

He is playing a game that has been played for a long time…..

He is deeply sorry…..for what?  Getting caught in a lie?  He is so remorseful, but is it because of what he did with steroids or was it being caught?

He came out now trying to head off any backlash.  He figures if he sounds like he is sorry and a bit sad, then the fans will forgive him.  I pray that the fans are not as stupid as he hopes they are…but I am probably just wishful thinking.

Yes Irene, There Is More

The mother of octuplets was implanted with those embryos at a Beverly Hills fertility clinic run by a well-known — and controversial — specialist who pioneered a method of implantation. Dr. Michael Kamrava’s name emerged Monday as a result of an interview aired Monday on NBC with Nadya Suleman, who gave birth to eight babies Jan. 26.

Over the past two weeks, the identity of Suleman’s fertility doctor has been a source of great mystery because of questions over the ethics of implanting numerous embryos in a woman who already had six children.

In the NBC interview, Suleman did not identify her doctor by name, but said that she went to the West Coast IVF Clinic in Beverly Hills — of which Kamrava is director — and that all 14 of her children were conceived with help from the same doctor. In 2006, Los Angeles TV station KTLA ran a story on infertility that showed Kamrava treating Suleman and discussing embryo implantation.

Kamrava graduated from the University of Illinois and went to medical school at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, according to state records and his Web site.

Some fertility specialists said Kamrava is a controversial figure in the field.

An in-vitro procedure typically costs between $8,000 and $15,000. Asked on NBC how she was able to afford the treatments, Suleman said she had saved money and used some of the more than $165,000 in disability payments she received after being injured in a 1999 riot at a state mental hospital where she worked.

She also told NBC that she does not intend to go on welfare, though her publicist confirmed Monday that Suleman already receives food stamps and child disability payments to help feed and care for her six other children.

Suleman’s publicist Mike Furtney said she receives $490 a month in food stamps. Furtney said Suleman did not want to disclose the nature of her children’s disabilities or the nature of those payments.

There will more to this story to come, of that I am sure.  A PUBLICIST?  Why does she need the PR?  I smell a book and/or a made for tv movie.

Keep It Simple, Stupid!

K.I.S.S.—we all have heard this old acronym along with the usual  FUBAR and SNAFU…well KISS should be used by the Idiots in Congress when debating the future economic stability of the country.

Okay, I will try to keep it simple……

If you want Econ 101….all this boils down to the Law of Supply and Demand…..there is plenty of supply and little or no demand…..in other words plenty of stuff to buy but no one is buying….got it so far?

The Repubs agrument for the economy is to cut taxes and that will jump start the wheels of recovery……they say that it will make companies start making stuff and hiring people……not so tough so far……now if the supply is there but no demand….why would making more supply create demand?

Guess what?  It will NOT create demand…it may tickle the gears with a feather but will not bring us out of the situation the economy is in.  I am waiting for one of the Repubs to bring up the Laffer Curve theory, which basically states that “if left unattended a recession will right itself”  Another one of those complex things they will throw out there to confuse and hopeful persuade.

It is all so simple….to create demand, money must be put into the hands of people who will spend it.  money does not need to be saved, itr must be churned back into the economy as consumer spending.

Just ask your representative to explain it as if you were his/her grandparents…if he uses words with 4 or more syllables make them stop and start over.  It is not as complicated as they want you to believe and there is a simple explanation….you deserve to know and to understand……MAKE THEM DO IT!

How About A Gag Order?—-Warning

Enough Assholes enough!

From now on both parties in the economic debate need to shut the fuck up!  The stimulus plan has not divided the country–it is the media and paritsan politics.  A gag order is seriously needed.

I will say that most, but not all, of the media is trying to give bot5h sides of the debate.  Unfortunbately too many host are partisan and get a lot my air time than those who support the bill.  The problem is that they do not present the news in away that would help the viewers understand what is going on with the bill.  And some keep using the “I won” statement is just plain silly.  It is hearsay or it would be posted on line by now.  It is one of the main tools being used to divide the country.  The economy is a  trainwreck–we do not need more observers we need lots more EMS.

The division of the country is doing NO good–nothing is being accomplished, but some goddamn political game–The Dems as well as the Repubs are playing this moronic game of political tennis.  They stuck a bunch of crap from the last 8 years into this bill–that is called partisanship.  Incase you were wondering.

This game has got to stop if the economy is to ever get rolling again.    Change has not come to Washington.  It is the same shit, different adminstration—guess what?  That is called partisanship!

Here is a piece of goddamn bi-partisanship–stop paying these assholes until they cease the political bullshit and work to solve the country’s problems.  Here is anmother piece for the dipshits!  Take all the spending parts out of the 675 pages, the parts that actually stimulate the economy, and pass them as a seperate bill.  Then they can go back to playing the stupid little mindless bullshit we pay them for.

A GAG ORDER!  Is the only answer.  Or this slimy crap will continue ad nauseum!

Make Punishment Fit The Crime–WARNING

WARNING:  This post maybe offensive to some.  It contains several words that are offensive to some.  Please read with caution.

A seven week old puppy is now recovering after he was found tied and frozen to a tree. The Washington County Humane Society is investigating to figure out who’s responsible.

The puppy was spotted on Friday in the woods behind the North Spring apartment complex in Hagerstown. The owners were no where to be found.

The person who found the puppy called the Washington County Humane Society. When they found him, he was shivering from the freezing temperatures. It was so cold; they had to physically pull him off the tree, resulting in a loss of fur from his side.

After reading this story it brought up all my rage at shit like this……in my area in the past we have had similar stories like the group that dognaped and tied them to a tree so their fighting Pits had targets or the kid that worked in a fast food chain and stuck a kittens feet into the hot grease…..I am sure that you have heard stories like these in your own area.

It all made me think about other crimes as well…the ones above you just sentence the culprit to the same abuse that he/she inflicted on the animal.  Maybe then we can stop the fucking morons from inflicting pain, becuase it seldom stops with the animals.

For example. a person who physcially abuses another, you start with the little finger of the left hand and you cut off a joint everytime they are convicted….eventually the stupid mother fucker will either stop their abudive ways or be left with nubs…it is that easy!  Or those screaming fucking idiots that want to commit abuse so they can put it on youtube….their sentence to be beaten horribly and without mercy and put on youtube so everyone can see what a strong he man type of assholes looks like when he is being beaten.

There is a steady increase of physical abuse carried out against animals and humans and eventually a solution will have to be found…so how about getting off yoiur asses and find one!

All I am saying is make the punishment fit the crime…..spank their hands with court orders or leisure time at some white collar lockup….AIN”T DOING IT!

Why Pick On The Whigs?

In some past writings I have compared tthe future of the GOP to the old Whig Party….I still think that they are a dinosaur that needs to get a new breath or it will slowly fade as a leading force in American politics.

But Inow wish to apologize to the Whigs for my comparison.  The Modern Whig Party is making a charge to prominence and doing it well.  I came upon their website, http://www.modernwhig.org, by accident and decided that I should check them out—-I was impressed–more so than most other third parties that I have seen.

From their wbsite on Issues:

  • FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY — The Modern Whig philosophy is to empower the states with the resources to handle their unique affairs.
  • ENERGY INDEPENDENCE — Reduce dependence on foreign oil by developing practical sources of alternative energy. This will have the simultaneous effect of changing the national security dynamic.
  • EDUCATION/SCIENTIFIC ADVANCEMENT — Increased public and private emphasis on fields such as space, oceanic, medical and nanotechnology. Also, providing common-sense solutions to enhance our educational system from pre-school to university-level studies.
  • STATES RIGHTS — Each state can generally determine its course of action based on local values and unique needs.
  • SOCIAL PROGRESSION — Government should refrain from legislating morality.
  • VETERANS AFFAIRS — Vigilant advocacy relating to the medical, financial, and overall well-being of our military families and veterans.

Basically, it is a party of independents that see value in some Repub tenets and some Dem….thus their motto…”a party for the rest of us”.

I suggest that if you are disillusioned with your party, then stop by their website and give them a look….they are still in the process of constructing the party but they seem to be doing it right….

I know….I know….this is not much of an agitation….but wait!  It is if you see that I am saying to get rid of the parties we have and start over…..we need a party of the people right now we have NONE.

The Whigs will be seeing more of me in the future…hope to see you there…..

The 800 LB Gorilla

We have heard all the questions and answers and the rants and the raves about the coming climate change or global warming, which you prefer, but there is a deeper problem that few want to knowledge.

It’s the great taboo of environmentalism: the size and growth of the human population.

It has a profound impact on all life on Earth, yet for decades it has been conspicuously absent from public debate.

Most natural scientists agree our growing numbers and our unchecked impact on the natural environment move us inexorably toward global calamities of unthinkable severity.

They agree the need to address population has become desperate.

Yet many environmentalists avoid the subject, a few objecting strongly to any focus on our numbers.

Some activists insist acting to influence population growth infringes on human rights; they maintain that it is best to leave the problem alone.

It is unpopular subject but eventually the cowards will have to address the growing problem.  For too long any decisions on population have been pushed back or ignored completely in the name of political expediency.  This large gorilla is waiting and waiting to jump up and bite the world in the ass.  Unfortunately when that time comes it will be to damn late to do anything about it.  Sooner or later, someone, somewhere will have to make the choices of who lives and who dies….who do you trust to make that decision?

What Will They Do?

To begin with, my father is a screaming racist and a conservative and Republican since 1964 when Goldwater was the man.  In the last election he believed all the emails that he got from his mindless dipshit friends….but Obam being a secret Muslim or a non citizen or going to paint the White House black…..if it was a scare tactic, he got it and believed it.

Of course me being the radical independent that I am he would try to rattle my cage as often as possible by repeating some of the more outrageous claims.  And then McCain was a hero in his eyes because he had been in the military, that was his only qualification and then there was Palin, the wick witch of the North, he liked her for some reason…I do not think he knew why other than she was a Repub.

It was a black day (pun intended) when Obama got elected.  He pissed and moaned about it for days.  Like I have said he liked rattling my cage every chance he got about Obama so I felt like I had to do the same for him….after all I try to be a good son.

Recently the RNC elected Steele to lead them into the future….though he does not have a plan other than to copy Obama’s internet strategy…he will lead them into the future…with the same tired positions they have regurgitating for years.  All that aside, I thought I would rub a little salt in his wound….so I ask what he would do now that we had a black pres and his party, the GOP, was lead by a black dude?

I gave him time for reflection after all he is 88 years old.

He thought for awhile and point at me and said, “go f*ck yourself”.  All in all a good day.
